By accessing or using the Addons Care website and purchasing or using our products ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

Products & Licensing

License Grant

Upon purchase, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased addon/plugin on the number of installations specified in your license tier. This license is valid for the duration specified at the time of purchase.

License Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense our products
  • Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
  • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
  • Use the products for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Share your license key with unauthorized third parties

Purchases & Payments

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change with notice. By making a purchase, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the payment method provided
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete
  • You are responsible for any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction

Payment Processing (Paddle)

We may use Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited and/or its affiliates, "Paddle") to process payments and manage checkout. Where applicable, Paddle may act as the Merchant of Record for your purchase and may appear on your bank or card statement. Paddle processes payment details in accordance with its terms and privacy practices.

Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products (unless processed by a partner with overriding terms), subject to the following conditions:

  • The refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
  • You must provide a valid reason for the refund request
  • Refunds are not available for renewal payments or custom development projects
  • Upon refund, your license will be immediately revoked and access to the relevant product will cease.

For payments processed by Paddle:

Where applicable, our payment partner, Paddle, acts as the authorized reseller and Merchant of Record. For these transactions, this Refund Policy complies with Paddle's Refund Policy:

  • Statutory Rights: Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional withdrawal rights, those apply (e.g., 14-day statutory right for EU/UK customers for initial subscriptions or digital content not yet accessed; 7-day right for South Korea, Brazil, China, Canada).
  • Discretionary Refunds: Unless required by applicable law, all transactions are non-refundable. However, refunds may be issued on a discretionary basis if requested within 14 days of the transaction. A request does not guarantee a refund.
  • Technical Defects: If you experience persistent technical issues that prevent access to described features, please contact our support first. If unresolved, a refund may be issued in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

If eligible, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Processing times can vary by payment method and bank.

Support & Updates

Active licenses include:

  • Technical Support: Email and ticket-based support during business hours
  • Product Updates: Access to bug fixes, security patches, and feature updates
  • Documentation: Access to product documentation and knowledge base

Support does not include custom development, server administration, or third-party software troubleshooting unless explicitly agreed upon.

Intellectual Property

All content, code, designs, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with our products and website remain the exclusive property of Addons Care. Your license does not transfer any ownership rights.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we strive to provide high-quality, bug-free software, we do not guarantee that:

  • The products will be error-free or uninterrupted
  • The products will be compatible with all configurations
  • Any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Addons Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your license and access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe:

  • Violates these Terms of Service
  • Is harmful to other users or our business
  • Involves fraudulent or illegal activity

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Third-Party Login (Google Sign-In)

We may allow you to sign in or create an account using Google Sign-In (OAuth). If you choose this option, Google may provide us with basic account information (such as your name, email address, profile photo, and a unique identifier) to authenticate you and link your account.
